What are SeedEra Seed Crunchies made of?
SeedEra Seed Crunchies are baked, crunchy snacks built around a blend of six seeds and complementary real ingredients — nuts, fruit, or dark chocolate depending on the flavor. Sweetened with molasses instead of refined sugar.
What seeds are used?
Pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, watermelon, flax, and chia — the same six-seed base across every flavor.
How much seed is actually in each pack?
SOLA: just over 50% seeds. RUBY and TEMPT: just over a third. Every flavour is built on the same six-seed base, with the rest of each recipe built from real nuts, fruit, and gentle binders — no fortification, no isolates.
Are they baked or fried?
Baked, never fried — and made without artificial flavours or colours.
Are SeedEra Seed Crunchies vegan?
Yes, all SeedEra Seed Crunchies are 100% plant-based.
Are they gluten-free?

Do they contain refined sugar?
No. Our range is sweetened with mineral-rich molasses instead of refined sugar.
